Anyone else facing frequent power cuts in Vadgaon Sheri?

For the past 2 weeks, we've been getting 2-3 power cuts daily in the Vadgaon Sheri area near Amanora. Each cut lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour. I work from home and this is severely affecting my work. Called MSEDCL office but they keep saying 'load shedding schedule.' What schedule? This never happened before. Other areas in Kharadi seem fine. Is this only Vadgaon Sheri? Has anyone filed a complaint that actually got resolved?
