Is Kharadi overpriced compared to Wagholi and Hadapsar?

We're looking to buy a 2BHK and Kharadi prices are insane — 85L to 1Cr+ for a decent 2BHK. Meanwhile in Wagholi you get the same for 45-55L. Even Hadapsar is more affordable. I know Kharadi has better infrastructure and IT park proximity, but is it really worth paying almost double? For those who chose Kharadi over Wagholi — do you feel it was worth the premium? What made you decide?
