New metro will transform Kharadi — are we ready?

With the Purple Line extension getting approval, Kharadi is going to see massive changes in the next 3-4 years. Property prices will go up, more commercial development will come, traffic patterns will change during construction. For those of us who already live here — how do you feel about this? I'm excited about the connectivity but worried about the construction chaos. The Ramwadi-Kharadi stretch is going to be a nightmare during construction. What's your take?
