Night safety for women in Kharadi — sharing my experience

I'm a woman working in IT and often return home late from office (around 10-11 PM). Wanted to share that the stretch from EON IT Park towards Gera Emerald City is poorly lit and feels unsafe after 9 PM. Last week my auto refused to go inside the lane after 10 PM. I've been taking office cab since then. Ladies living in this area — how do you manage? Is it better in other parts of Kharadi? I think we should collectively push for better street lighting in these areas.
